Melanie Adams, MD, has always had a passion for working with children. From babysitting to being a camp counselor, once in medical school, Dr. Adams knew that she wanted to service children and their families as her specialty. For more than two decades, Dr. Adams has served children and watched many of them grow from infancy to young adults. She values this ability to get to know her patients and their families. These relationships and the continuity of care are the most rewarding aspects of pediatrics for Dr. Adams. When she is not working, Dr. Adams enjoys staying active and spends much of her spare time swimming and biking as training for triathlons. She also enjoys spending time with her family and dog and being involved at her church.
