Artful Explorations Therapy is an art therapy and counseling center for kids, teens, families, and adults. We see children as young as 3 years old and on through childhood, adolescence, and adulthood to offer support in navigating a range of experiences and challenges including: anxiety, adjustments, emotion dysregulation, grief, social connection, depression, and more. We meet clients where they are, and provide a supportive space for communication and growth. We see engaging in the creative process of making art within a therapeutic relationship as a way to express thoughts and feelings, increase insight, spark change, make connections, build confidence, work through frustrations, and develop coping and problem solving skills.
