He earned a medical degree and completed a residency at State University of New York in Syracuse, New York. Dr. Donnelly has been named a fellow of the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine. He’s certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Donnelly was a member of the Pediatric Alliance Board of Directors. He is the former president of the Allegheny County Health Department’s Breastfeeding Coalition.
