Community Health Centers (CHCFL) is a non-profit organization of Central Florida family health centers that provide high-quality, affordable medical, pediatric, dental and pharmacy care. Community Health Centers West Lakes ELC, is conveniently located west of downtown Orlando, just off 408, near the Citrus Bowl Complex.
