Welcome to Dockside Pediatrics! In January 2018, Pediatricians Nathan Cook and Marc Yandle opened the first pediatric direct primary care medical practice in Wilmington, North Carolina. Our desire is to restore medicine to the way it used to be: a personal relationship between doctor and patient. Direct primary care allows us to limit our patient numbers, thereby increasing our time with our patients. We will provide personalized pediatric care, focusing on your child’s needs and maximizing your access and convenience. As a membership-based medical provider, we do not accept insurance. Instead we contract directly with our patients for comprehensive pediatric care at a low monthly cost.
