We help women and teen girls (13 & up) to feel like their voices are heard, gain control of their life, reduce symptoms, become strong and inspired by learning that living your best life is possible. We are your advocate and will help you to problem solve, provide support and help you to feel like yourself again. We believe that when your desire and your effort meet, this places you on the road to wellness! As an out-of-network provider, I have partnered with Mentaya to help my clients save money on therapy.
