Hill Country Pediatric Psychiatry is owned & operated by Dr. Julia Jackson MD, a Board-Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist with 22 years of clinical experience. Dr. Jackson is also a retired Colonel from the U.S. Air Force with 25 years of service, has been a Department Chair for the Air Force's largest mental health clinic, the psychiatry consultant to the Air Force Surgeon General, & an Air Force psychiatry residency training director, all while providing outstanding care for her patients. She has a big heart & a natural ability to connect with others. When not at work Dr. Jackson enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and taking care of her horses.
