Karen Gavigan, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician. Dr Gavigan sees children from birth to 18 for well-care visits, acute illnesses, general pediatric care and conditions like asthma and attention deficit disorder. She is passionate about helping others and loves watching kids grow and thrive. Dr Gavigan received her medical degree from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder. She also completed her pediatrics residency at East Carolina University. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. When not caring for patients, Dr Gavigan enjoys spending time with family, hiking, skiing and walking.
