I quickly realized that my life experiences and interests seemed to align perfectly with a career in Pediatrics. It was equally gratifying to help children and their families navigate significant illness during hospitalization as it was conducting routine care during their well child visits. After Stony Brook, I found myself back in Boston with my husband and that same lovable dog to continue my training at Tufts Children’s Hospital. I spent three years completing my pediatric residency there, where I also had the unique privilege and perspective of caring for a medically and socially diverse population. I fell in love with general pediatrics, and I now have a particular interest in adolescent medicine and pediatric mental health.
