Description
Laura Joyce West, MD, is a specialist in Pediatric Allergy and Immunology at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. West received her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She then completed a residency in categorical pediatrics, serving as chief resident from 2017-2018, followed by a fellowship in allergy and immunology, both at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Dr. West is a Pittsburgh native, a die-hard Pittsburgh sports fan, and enjoys spending time outside of work with her husband and son.
