What brings you the most joy in being a health care professional? "Being able to help care for children brings me the most joy. I love kids and it's always a joy to be able to interact with them and their parents and to help prevent illness. It's also a blessing that I get to watch them grow and develop." What's something about you personally your patients might be surprised to hear? "I speak a dialect of the Dutch language." During your off hours, or when you're on vacation, if you had one thing to choose to do, what would it be? "Spend time with my family. My children are my greatest blessing in life and I love sharing fun things together with them or supporting them in their school and sports interests."
