Hello, my name is Maureen A Novak, and I am a professor at the University of Florida in the Department of Pediatrics. I received my undergraduate degree from Princeton University and my medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School. I completed my pediatric residency at Strong Memorial Hospital at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York, and stayed on to serve a year as chief resident. After spending a year in private practice, I completed a Pediatric Infectious Disease fellowship at Babies Hospital at Columbia University in New York City.
