Dr. Michael Johnson was born and raised in rural Northern California. He attended San Diego State University where he completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering. He then attended Medical School at the University of Utah. He also completed his pediatric residency at the University of Utah and Primary Children’s Medical Center. He has worked as a community pediatrician since co-founding Families First Pediatrics in 2001. Dr. Johnson is board certified in pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He and his wife have 5 children. He is a devoted sports fan, and some of his favorite hobbies include baseball, running, skiing and many other outdoor activities which he can share with his family.
