Dr. Mitch Peterson grew up in Sandy, Utah, with 4 brothers and 1 sister. He received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Brigham Young University. He then graduated from medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. After medical school, he returned to Salt Lake City and performed his pediatric residency training at Primary Children’s Hospital with the University of Utah. He and his wife have a growing family with several pretty cute children. He loves spending time with them, playing basketball, snowboarding, and enjoying mountain trails, lakes, and reservoirs.
