Dr. Taylor graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her internship and residency at Virginia Commonwealth University and the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics (2008) and is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Neonatal Advanced Life Support.
