Description
Manci Balas , MD is a board certified pediatrician with over 20 years of experience. She was born in San Diego, California, the daughter of a Naval Flight Surgeon and war hero that fought for the nazi resistance in Hungary. She’s lived in California, Guam, Chicago, and Memphis. She graduated from the University Of South Florida College of medicine where she met her husband, Dr. Craig Hoesley, who is a Senior Associate Dean at the UAB School of Medicine and an Infectious Disease Specialist.
