Pediatrics West officially joined Children's of Alabama on April 2, 2001. Children and their families living in western Jefferson County now have two options for their primary care. Pediatrics West-Bessemer office is currently staffed by Drs. Tom Smith, Janet Harris, Tracy Brookings, Liz Lewis and Mekeisha Pickens. Dr. Abby Allen and Dr. Charlotte Prejean ( relocating mid October) staff Pediatrics West -McAdory office. We welcome your family to call us for an appointment.
