I provide individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults. I utilize a holistic approach that includes ongoing collaboration with each child's family, school, and other healthcare providers. I provide an eclectic blend of evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, mindfulness, and positive psychology. My treatment incorporates an understanding of the importance of adversity and overcoming challenges in the development of resilience, self-efficacy, and effective problem-solving, all of which are key attributes in both preventing psychopathology and improving treatment efficacy. At the outset of treatment I develop a clear, goal-oriented plan with each family.
