Description
Dr. Sheila Rao is a board certified primary care pediatrician working at Lakeview's offices in St. Clair Shores and Macomb Township. She graduated from Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College in India, and completed her pediatric residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in 2004. She obtained her certification with the American Board of Pediatrics in 2004, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Rao was featured in Metro Parent magazine's Mom-Approved Docs in 2012. She has special interest in ADHD, asthma, allergies and infant/adolescent care. She is an instructor for the newborn parenting class Meet the Pediatrician, at St. John Hospital and Medical Center.
