Description
My name is Jorge A. Diaz, M.D., a licensed General Psychiatrist specialized in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Consultations are available In-person and via Telepsychiatry for ages 4 to 24. Services offered in English and Spanish. Services include psychotherapy and psychopharmacology for conditions such as Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety disorders, Depression, Adjustment Disorders and Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD). When it comes to treatment plans, I believe in an individual care plan tailored to each patient that is evidence-based practice. As we see mental illness increasing in our youth, it is my goal to help improve their mental health.
