Dr. Aylesworth graduated from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University in Greenville. She completed her internship and residency at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, where she was Chief Resident. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She obtained her bachelor's degree from Darthmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.
