Our facility provides well and sick appointments. We are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We arrange after-hours appointments until 9 p.m. We are available at any time, day or night, with your healthcare inquiries. We are here to provide quality care. We are conveniently located next to American Fork Hospital, our American Fork office is one of 12 locations in Utah County and is home to five Board Certified Pediatricians as well as one nurse practitioner. We offer after-hours care and a 24/7 pediatric care helpline in addition to our weekly office hours. We accept most health insurance plans including CHIP and Medicaid.
