I see patients at St. Luke’s Anderson Pediatrics. In my practice, I advocate the health benefits of breastfeeding, educate families on nutrition and exercise, and stress the importance of limiting screen time. While my focus is always the health of my patients, I also like to be a guide for parents on their roller coaster ride of parenthood to help children and parents be the best they can be. I stress the importance of spending time as a family without electronics (reading, walking, cooking together) to ensure strong family bonds which can give kids the strength to overcome obstacles in their life.
