Located at the Community Center in Hays Elementary School in the Allentown School District, this extension of the VHP Children’s Clinic provides primary and specialty care for the children in the community from 2 months to 18 years old, including: - Sick visits - Well-child visits - Physicals - Immunizations - ADHD clinic - Asthma clinic - Behavioral health services
