I always wanted to be a doctor and, specifically, a pediatrician. I come from a family of doctors and saw from a young age the impact a physician can have on patients' lives. n When my sister, cousins and I used to play town as kids, I was always the one calling in the townspeople for their checkups and shots. Now, my nurturing side thrives in caring for families of newborns and counseling them through the inevitable ups and downs of childhood. n My philosophy is that healthcare should be holistic.
